- Bonds Current
- Facilities Need Addressing
4Fund Balances
- Current Fund Balances are falling between 15-
20 which gives us an adequate cushion for
reasonable budget planning. - We should be able to maintain current Fund
Balances if the new formula is fully funded as
proposed and there are no unforeseen needs
arising. - Strict budget controls by building principals
helps save money.
5New Formula
- There are still a lot of unknowns surrounding the
formula. - Formula will change somewhat after the new
legislative session. - Formula not as beneficial to us as to some
others. - Local property taxes will have to make up for
deficiencies long term.
6Bonds Current
- Due to good financial management Bonds are being
paid off in advance. - Contributes to a high Bond rating.
- Allows flexibility for financing future
facilities needs.

9Results Driven Decisions
Decisions for Change are based on the results of

opinion. If past practice has not gotten the
results it will be questioned and changed. Staff
needed to get the job done will be employed.
