Discussion Format and Rules of the Road
  • The moderators will kick off the discussion with
the canned topics and some lead off questions.
The line of questioning will start off with how
an organization handles a specific process or
procedure. At that point we expect audience
participation to take over and let discussions
move organically through each topic. The goal
would to be to cover 5 topics per discipline if
possible. We will have a timer and we will
limit the QA to about 6 minutes per subject.
Each discipline will only be allotted 30 minutes
total. We really cant do a deep dive into many
of these subjects but we will have a breakout
session following lunch where each discipline
will have a table and hopefully the details and
contact information will be exchanged and deeper
    discussions will take place.
