• The information which PCTs are required to
  provide for the Strategic Health Authority (SHA)
  in order to establish a Service Level Agreement
  with the SHA
• The process and time frame for next steps for
  PCTs in Wave 1 (Swindon, Cornwall IOS, Dorset,
  Bournemouth Poole PCTs)
