Directions to use

• On a clean face, apply the Face Mist followed by
  the Face Elixir. Next, move the Gua Sha stone in
  an outward and upward motion using light to
  medium pressure, making sure the tool is always
  flat (15 degrees) against the skin. After each
  movement, move and massage towards the ends of
  the face. Repeat each stroke a minimum of 2-5
  times.

Steps to use Rose Quartz Gua Sha

• 1. Start with your neck moving up from your
  collarbone to your jaw. You can also do the sides
  and back of the neck going up.
• 2. Using the notched side of the stone, move to
  the right side of the face, starting from the
  chin and working your way down the jawline to the
  ear.
• 3. Use the long, flat side of the stone to move
  up the cheek. The stone must graze your cheek.
  Support your skin on the opposite side with your
  other hand.
• 4. Move to the region under the eyes and place
  the notched side of the stone just below the eye
  (facing up), near the top of the nose and rub it
  up.
• 5. Run the notched edge of the stone along the
  brow and rub up and out.
