What is Library Mentoring?
  • A semester course that fosters understanding and
    utilization of library resources
  • The second semester offers an opportunity for
    returning students to help with library services

Layout of Assignments
  • Students are required to read and fill out three
    book reviews and one magazine review per semester
    (nonfiction, fiction, Gateway Book)
  • Some time is given in class for reading
  • The course is independent study however, the
    librarian must provide support in keeping
    students on task with their assigned activities
    and provide support in completing assignments as
    needed
