• Failure of Citys infrastructure to cope e.g.

Why is Wimbledon not a World Games?

• Although it may be considered to be telegenic and
  have a nationalistic flavour e.g. Henmans Hill
  etc
• It involves individuals in competition rather
  than nations in competition
• Nationality is a secondary factor
• Because of this reason the Davis Cup is closer to
  a World Games
