Birds

• Lays eggs.
• 10,000 bird species.
• Found in every shape and size.
• Live in a variety of places.
• Has feathers.
• All birds have wings, but they are used in a
  variety of different ways.

Frogs

• Lays eggs.
• Have strong hind legs to help them leap forward a
  great distance.
• Short front legs to help them sit up.
• Live anywhere, but most are found in tropical
  areas.
• Like water (ponds, streams, and rivers).

Ducks

• Lay eggs.
• Has feathers that are water proof.
• Like water (ponds, streams and rivers).
• Webbed feet, designed for swimming.
• Waddles instead of walks because of its webbed
  feet.

Turtles

• Lay eggs.
• All eggs are laid on land.
• The mother turtle digs many nest on land to hold
  her eggs.
• Like water (ponds, streams, and rivers etc).
• Can swim up to 20 mph if being harmed to get
  away.

• Lay eggs.
• Mainly found on farms.
• Some have feathers others have fur.
• Hens lay 300 eggs per year.
• Mother hens turn their eggs approximately 50
  times a day. This is so the yolk does not stick
  to the shell.

• Shed their skin.

  world.
• Most snakes are found in tropical regions where
  it is warm.

• Live all over North America.
• Female produces one litter of about 4-5 cubs a
  year.
• Meat eaters.

• Do not sweat they have no sweat glands.
• Mud helps pigs stay cool and avoid insects.

• 500 million domestic cats in the world, with 33
  different breeds.
• An average cat has 1-8 kittens per litter, and
  2-3 litters per year.
• Found in the home or in the wild.
• Mainly up at night.

• Have been used as guards, hunters, eyes for the
  blind, drug and explosive detectors, and rodent
  controllers.
• 4-5 puppies per litter on average.
• 150 different breeds.
• Mainly found as in home pets.
