EU Regulation
  • GPSD only refers to services in respect of the
    directive applying to products in the context of
    providing a service
  • Council Recommendation on fire safety in hotels
  • Reports commissioned on Fairgrounds and amusement
    parks, dangerous sports and leisure activities,
    water recreation

National Regulation
  • EU report on national services regulation

    the provision of a service and also from the
    perspective of the safety of a service not
    related to the safety of a product
  • Identify European Standards for services
