Setting Up Email On The OMNIA II

Preliminary Notes

• The following slides give a step-by-step guide to
  setting up publicly available email accounts on
  the Samsung OMNIA II
• Publicly available email email accounts that
  members of the public can sign up for as
  individuals
• This includes email accounts from Hotmail, Gmail,
  Yahoo Mail, Singnet mail, Pacnet mail etc
• This DOES NOT include email addresses used by
  companies
• For company/organisational emails please refer
  to your respective IT administrators
• WARNING setting up emails on the OMNIA II may
  entail some mobile data (3G/GPRS) usage
• Please have the following ready before you begin
• UserID (example, if email address is
  xxx123_at_hotmail.com, then your userID is xxx123)
• Password your email account password
• NOTE the email setup process for users running
  on OMNIA II software version IG1 and IG6 are
  slightly different from those running on software
  version IH3

another way to setup Hotmail access on OMNIA II
