- LBS Standard developed in Germany
- ASAE Investigating CAN Standards in the USA
- 1990s Standardization begins
- ISO TC23 / SC19 Ag Electronics formed
- LAV in Germany presented DIN 9684 (LBS)
- Con Ag Multiplexing Task Force in US, promoted
