  • Neither of these drinks are good for your health
    because of the content of sodium, and calories in
    the drinks.

Snapple and Diet Snapple
  • Which one is better to drink?
  • Is it healthy to drink Diet Snapple and Snapple
    everyday?
  • Diet Snapple is better to drink because it has
    less calories, less carbohydrates, and less
    sugar.
  • It is healthy to drink Diet Snapple and Snapple
    once in a while, but not every day. Water should
    be drank everyday.

Regular Milk and Half and Half
  • What are the ingredients in these two kinds of
    milks?
  • Which one has more calcium?
  • Which one of these milks is healthier to drink?
  • The ingredients in Half and Half are, milk,
    cream, disodium, phosphate, sodium citrate, and
    carrageenan. The ingredients in Regular Milk
    are, Milk, Vitamin A Palmitate, and Vitamin D3.
  • Regular Milk has 26 more calcium than Half and
    Half.
  • Half and Half is better to drink because it does
    not have as much fat, calories, sodium,
    carbohydrates, and sugar.
