removed. There is no doubt that Learning

computers, so you may want to place your focus in
that area of this section.

63PhotoStory
Please note I had never touched PhotoStory
before I threw this 20 second video together in
less than 5 minutes. I do not have an authentic
example, but can see a ton of potential with this
program. It is a great introductory program for
extending PowerPoints or showing the power and
potential of Windows Movie Maker.

80Google Maps and Earth
81Google Maps and Earth
- PROBLEM
- Every computer in the classroom logged on to
Google Earth bogs the system down to a point
where the computers run very slow. - SOLUTION
- Create maps using a Google account on Google
Maps.
82Google Maps
- Each student must create a free Google Account
- www.google.com
- Create an Account Now
- Once an account is created
- Maps
- My Maps
- Create New Map
83Google Earth
Google Earth may have been removed from the new
image. I am currently using a District Office
computer, so the change may not really be on the
student laptops. I am leaving this section as it
was last year until I know if Google Earth has
truly been removed.
84Google Earth
- Once the final product is finished, students can
export the final product into a KML file, which
opens in Google Earth. - Final Product Example
