Management Development Program
  • MDP is three part series offered over the course
    of one year that is designed to develop essential
    leadership/management skills for local government
    administration
  • Since 2001, MDP has been continuously offered to
    Columbus Consolidated Government directors and
    managers
  • Since its implementation, a total of 103
    participants have completed MDP
  • Currently, there are 19 participants enrolled in
    MDP

  • A comprehensive system to improve quality and
    productivity using CI tools and methods

  • The Columbus Consolidated Government continuous
    improvement program has been inactive since 2004.
  • There were 112 CI projects created, of which 61
    were implemented, 10 were discontinued and 41 are
    pending.
