Renewing Your Interlibrary Loan

Getting Started

• Begin with a journey to the Albertsons Library
  Website
• http//library.boisestate.edu/

• Or if you dont, then look under Services and
  you will find us Interlibrary Loan

At the Interlibrary Loan Site

• Click on Request an Interlibrary Loan
• You will be asked to Log in.

Time to log in to your ILL account

• To log in
• Just use your BroncoWeb UserID and Password

In your account

• Click on RENEW Checked out Items
• This will take you to a list of all the items you
  currently have out

• Find the Transaction Number of the item you want
  renewed and select it.

Item info breakdown

• Review the information given and make sure this
  is the item you want renewed.
• Best if renewed 3 or 4 days BEFORE the due date
• If the date has passed (overdue), you will need
  to contact ILL directly
• If satisfied, Click Renew Request at the top of
  the form.

Post-Renewal

• At the top of the page you will be given a new,
  but TEMPORARY due date.
• Underneath your new due date is the status on
  future renewals.

Concerning Your New Due Date

• Your new due date is temporary. ILL will contact
  the lending library for a firm date.
• ILL will notify you when the new date is known.
