• This was my first attempt at a PowerPoint. I
  think overall it turned out quite well. I

Buster Bronco

• In 1981 Buster Bronco was named the mascot.
  The current Buster Bronco that is seen at many
  athletic events took on its look in 1988.

The Origin of the School Colors
Western Michigan Universitys school colors were
decided in 1904. They originated from the
brown-eyed Susans that flourished all over the
campus. Although there have been adaptations the
traditional colors are brown and gold.
