2007 Staff Goals - draft
  • Transform the IEEE-SA business model to one that
    leverages our professional and intellectual
    assets (e.g., IP, services, certification,
    patents).
  • Create and implement a process to strengthen
    staff performance by building on individual
    talents, with a goal of developing individuals,
    advancing high-performance teams, and progressing
    the SA.
  • Plan and implement an effective education and
    communication plan to ensure compliance with new
    IP policies.
  • Understand and balance stakeholder goals with
    overall IEEE interests.
  • Embed risk management into IEEE-SA culture.
  • Increase staff engagement in advancing the
    IEEE-SA international strategy.
