- Will replace the existing applications with a
single all-inclusive form called PS Form 3500,
Application for Periodicals Mailing Privileges. - Will be better organized
- More information will be provided to the
publisher with a new Handbook DM-204 called
Periodicals Mailing Privileges. - The application process will
be faster.
