Loaded Staves

• 15 staves with new pipe loaded
• CPPM 7
• Genova 5
• Wuppertal 1
• Ready at CERN 10
• 43 Staves with old pipe loaded
• 28 ranked and usable for L1/L2
• 9 not yet ranked completely
• 3 down-graded to spares
• 2 downgraded to System Test

• Production restarted in January, rate similar to
  the the maximum obtained before shut down.
• Limited by availability of bare staves.
• Peak rate demonstrate feasibility of two staves /
  week in Genova and Marseilles

Loading Issues

• Loading is slow down due to missing bare staves,
  which is turn due to missing pipes.
• Genova and Marseille are heating up the loading
  activities. Wuppertal is still behind one
  stave/week, need to be monitored when more staves
  will be available.
• Module inventory is needed together with load
  planning, German module sites have still too many
  modules that could be probably needed by
  Wuppertal -gt they have to be shipped to
  Genova/CPPM.
• Stave repair is going on at a rate of 6/week,
  torsion for last 4 staves is below the 0.5 limit.
  Tomorrow last set of pipes will be over.
• New staves from IVW are late, not seen yet the
  first production batch!
• Pipe insertion yield could be low (1 stave lost
  1 stave with major damage on two modules out of 5
  reworked staves). Can be made it safer?
