Organisational structure of Kalmar

• Kalmar union is a consortium
• The consortium will have four Nordic members
• CSC Scientific computing ltd (for Haka)
• Uninett AS (for FEIDE)
• SWAMI consortium (for SWAMID)
• ??? (for WAYF)
• The four members sign the charter of the
  consortium
• New members can join the consortium later
• Provided that the current members accept the
  joining member and that the requirements of the
  charter are fulfilled
• The consortium has a steering committee
• One member from each member federation
