HPRP (ARRA)
  • Formula allocation of 30 m in State
  • State of North Carolina (Homeless Program
    Coordinator), Asheville, Charlotte, Durham,
    Fayetteville, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wake County,

  • Eligible Uses
  • Short or medium term rental assistance
  • Housing relocation stabilization including
    housing search, mediation or outreach to property
    owners, credit repair, security or utility
    payments, moving cost assistance and case
    management
  • 3. Other homeless prevention and rapid
    re-housing of persons who have become
    homeless.
  • Cannot be used for mortgage payments.
