foreclosed residential properties.
(C) Establish land banks.
(D) Demolish blighted structures.
(E) Redevelop demolished or vacant properties.

HPRP (ARRA)

• Formula allocation of 30 m in State
• State of North Carolina (Homeless Program
  Coordinator), Asheville, Charlotte, Durham,
  Fayetteville, Greensboro, Raleigh, Wake County,
  Winston Salem
• Eligible Uses
• Short or medium term rental assistance
• Housing relocation stabilization including
  housing search, mediation or outreach to property
  owners, credit repair, security or utility
  payments, moving cost assistance and case
  management
• 3. Other homeless prevention and rapid
  re-housing of persons who have become
  homeless.
• Cannot be used for mortgage payments.

Tax Credit Assistance Program (TCAP)
Supplements LIHTC to make up for shortfalls in
proceeds from tax credit placements.

on revised QAP.
