Outcomes of AGM 2009

• Move to a more structured operation
• Maximise time spent on Thursday nights teaching
  and learning for later application to projects
• Balance fluid/regular memberships
• Provide activities
• Preserve time and opportunity for members
  projects.

• Re-image group identity
• Build external PR
• Relaunch the website with a view to collaborative
  editing
• Introduce a new recruitment drive
• Improve our output over time!

Moving to Quarter 2

• Obviously the activities and plan for Q2 will
  stem invariably from the result of activities in
  Q1 - no plan can be so rigid as to assume an
  entire year without giving everyone a chance to
  evaluate and feedback.
• The current intention is
• To introduce production and project plans
• To use the time to launch a friendly/competitive
  10-week project with guidelines to produce a
  short film in teams
• Both in and our of Thursday night meeting times.
