• Individual organisations take position paper and
  use it as basis for their lobbying strategies.
• Scaled down coalition single focus on passage of
  new SABC Act.
• Status quo - on-going stakeholder coordination
  for civil society on SABC issues. (A resource
  centre with no advocacy role or play an advocacy
  role.)
