- One entry per track
- Array of crossed detectors
- Closest-cluster mode / keep all hits
- 2d hits, 1d hits, CFT hits
Semantics
Cluster Contiguous set of fired strips
exceeding thresholds for individual and group
ADC counts 1d Hit Position of
centre of cluster in local coordinates. p-side or
n-side. 2d Hit Point reconstructed from
related p-side and n-side 1d hits. Global
coordinates.

2d Hit Efficiencies
Crude Variable clstat - cluster status
- 0 if track crosses surface, hit exists, this is
the hit - 1 if track crosses surface, hit exists, this is
not the hit - 2 if track crosses surface, hit does not exist.
Keep tally For each detector entry in SmtNtuple5
- If clstat 0 or 1, add a cross, add a hit
- If clstat 2, just add a cross
- Efficiency per detector is hits / crosses
- Binomial error

Try to isolate hardware efficiencies Start by
finding tracking resolutions
- Use a 'no hit' track at each surface
- Find difference in position of hit and track
- Fit gaussian constant

- Require every track has pT gt 5GeV
- Look for closest 1d hit (p-side, n-side)
- Count as hit if within 5 sigma of track
- Efficiency is hits / crosses

Occupancy Efficiency
Only 2d so far... Occupancy cut if gt 30 of
strips fired During unpacking each event
- Output detector serial no and number of dropped
chips - Efficiency 1 - (n_dropped_chips) / (chips
events)
