Mission Statement

• Kinston InterChurchOutReach (ICOR) is a united
  effort of area congregations to provide crisis
  intervention under the auspices of the
  Association of Congregations. ICOR provides
  financial, food and counseling assistance to
  those who find themselves victims of unforeseen
  and unforeseeable circumstances.

STAFFING

• Director The only paid staff member
• Daily Coordinator Provides continuity
• Interviewer Assesses client, provides
  counseling, completes documentation
• Receptionist Gathers background info, performs
  basic admin duties
• Pantry Aide Organizes pantry, pulls food orders

SECURITY

• Door Control Doors locked at all times
• Entry Interview Clients screened by staff
  member
• Client Load Four clients maximum at any one
  time
• Area Access Unescorted clients in waiting area
  only
• Disruptive Clients Required to leave
• Panic Buttons
