Materials ResourcesOptimize Use of Alternative
Materials Purchasing policies target the use of
alternative materials including salvaged
materials, recycled content, local/regional
materials, and certified wood. 50 of the wood is
certified as sustainably harvested. Indoor
Environmental QualityAir quality is protected
through the use of low VOC paints, sealants and
glues.

• Green design features of the Clubhouse include
• Roof Insulation is R-55.5 Walls are R-20 and
  Basement walls R-17.5.
• Carpet is recycled and fully recyclable.
• Cabinets are strawboard with sustainably
  harvested Eucalyptus wood.
• Dual flush toilets low flow shower heads.
• Commissioned Heating and Ventilation systems.
  Our system contains neither CFC or HCFC. Auden
