    into their formal education systems, and in
    non-formal and informal education
  • Suggests establishing a partnership mechanism
    between different ministries and agencies to
    coordinate the implementation

  • Phase I (up to 2007) take stock of existing
    activities and define priorities for further
    action required to implement the Strategy
  • Phase II (up to 2010) review progress made in
    the implementation of the national/State
    strategies and revise, if necessary
  • Phase III (up to 2015) considerable progress
    achieved in implementing the Strategy.
