Builds on existing good practice

• Schools have traditionally taken responsibility
  for the whole child
• 50 of schools offer extended services
• Many excellent examples of schools working with
  other services,
• And with other schools in federations, 14-19
  consortia, behaviour partnerships, extended
  service clusters

• Childrens Trusts effectiveness patchy
• Schools not consistently engaged in Childrens
  Trusts
• Effective multi-agency working not universally
  established
• Schools need more support from other services and
  have finite capacity
• 50 schools not yet offering access to extended
  services
