Very first conclusions

• Period with no PIRATA shows an immediate
• impact on forecast, especially between 100-400m
• Impact of Salinity assimilation is important
• On year run suggests a relative seasonal impact

• - (try to) define a strategy for future moorings

• additional sensors on the actual PIRATA network
• - what is the relative impact of PIRATA
  compared
• to drifting ARGO floats in the tropical domain.
