CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTOR
  • We must develop and embrace the appropriate
    attitude and commitment.
  • We will achieve this by inspiring and
motivating ourselves, each other and the team as
a whole. We will all have to have a positive,
optimistic attitude and leave our personal issues
out of crew. We will just get out there and Row
It Out! We will always pull our hardest even at
    practice.
  • The keys to our success are
  • Be at practice every day
  • Show up to every practice ready to work hard
  • Set goals for yourself and teammates
  • Everyones commitment at the same level
  • Dont assume (work for what you want, dont
assume the seat is already yours)
  • Dont make excuses (own up)
  • Be fully committed to crew
  • Put team concerns ahead of your own
  • Put crew first
  • Accept constructive criticism
  • Be positive
  • Focus
