About Mr. Mugg
  • I am happy to be here at Mission Estancia.
  • I am married and have five kids.   
  • I transferred to Mission Estancia from Paul Ecke
    Central.
  • This is my 14th year teaching in EUSD.
  • I love being outdoors surfing, camping, running,
    fishing spending time with my family
  • I feel that I am a pretty good cook.
  • I love to eat ice cream. 
  •

Daily Schedule
  • 800-815 Daily Business
  • 815-1000 Language Arts
  • 1000-1015 Recess / Snack
  • 1015-1130 Math
  • 1130-1210 Lunch
  • 1215-115 Social Studies / Science
  • 115-135 PE
  • 135-220 Afternoon (SSR Team Building)
  •  
  • We also have library, art, dance, computer, and
    music classes that will soon be scheduled.

School Arrival Time
  • 745 Students are allowd on campus (morning
    recess)
  • 800 Bell rings
  • 802 Students should be lined up or sitting in
    the seats
  • If your child is late he/she must go to the
    office to check in
  •  
  • Your child needs to be at school on time and
    ready to learn with all of their supplies.
  •  
  • Dismissal
  • 220 The bell rings and the students are
    dismissed
  •  
  • (please go on to the PTA site and view the
    pickup/drop off video)

Homework Procedures Policy
  • Homework is given in Reading, Writing and Math.
  •     It is posted on the board along with the
    website
  •  
  • Students should be reading a minimum of 30
    minutes a night
  •  
  • Math should not take more than 20-30 minutes
  •  
  • Writing should be 15-20 minutes
  •  
  • If for any reason you find your child is
    struggling with the homework
  • Stop and take a break
  • Call a friend for help
  • email Mr. Mugg
  • Write me a note and explain what the problem was

  • Please look at the sheet about volunteering in
    the class

  • We will need volunteers as field trips come up
    for both 4th and 5th grade.

    to work on projects
