• Change can either be managed to advantage or
  ignored to detriment.
• Lincolnshire can move from perceived backwater to
  a national leader or Lincolnshire can miss the
  opportunity and struggle in obscurity.
• Lincolnshire CANNOT stand still.

• Active support of the Lincolnshire Assembly to
  raise the profile of work.
• Advocacy of Assembly members.
• Security of medium term funding.

• 10k University of Lincoln
• 5k Lincolnshire Police

Connections

• The work of the partnership cross cuts the work
  of almost every department and group within the
  membership.
• It is therefore key that the partnership is
  formally recognised within with LSPs and LAAs.
• It cannot be the objective of the partnership to
  duplicate, reinvent or empire build.
• It must be the objective of the partnership to
  ensure that the whole is greater than the sum of
  the parts.
