this icon to send all your data for this Policy
to an Acord form.

File Maintenance

• This should be run on a regular basis to manage
  your CCiRater data files. This will allow you to
  delete old information as well as eliminate
  corrupt files that occur from time to time.
• As always we recommend that you Back Up your data
  files on a regular basis. So in the event of a
  computer failure you will be able to recover your
  client data.

Pro-Rata Wheel
The Wheel can be used for quick calculations of
earned and unearned policy premiums. Click here.

Using the Pro-Rata Wheel
Type in the Dates and premiums you wish and the
Wheel will do the rest. You can Print the
results .

Easy App Defaults
Select the Utility icon

Easy App Defaults
The Easy App can be pre-set with default
information for speeding up your rating process.
These input items can be set by simply filling a
field in and designating it by pressing Ctrl
key and E together. The field will show up on
the Easy App in RED. You will also be
reminded in the Policy Proof Reader that you
have default information that you may want to
edit. If you want to default a number of fields
you can fill them all out and press Ctrl key
and D together. This will default all of them.
This box will pop up confirming your choice. You
may clear the Defaults by clicking on the
Utility icon and choosing Clear Defaults.

Screen Mode
You have the option of running the program in
Full screen or Easy App only. Click on your
screen controls to change.
