5School Responsibilities
- Assess all students in grades K-2 three times per
year. - Provide DIBELS Coordinator with completed testing
booklets including scoring. - Monitor progress of students who might need
intervention according to the DIBELS screener and
other relevant data.
6School Responsibilities
- Special Education students for whom reading is a
goal can be assessed using DIBELS. - ESOL students take the English version of DIBELS.
The Spanish version may be used in addition to
the English version for more information.
Newcomers are exempt.
