Act 35 Substantial Reading Difficulties

• Grades K, 1 and 2 students exhibiting substantial
  difficulties in reading will be evaluated for
  specific reading difficulties.
• Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills
  (DIBELS) will be the tool.
• An IRI plan will be developed for each child
  identified with substantial reading difficulties.

DIBELS Administration Schedule

• Administer benchmark measures as indicated.

  students.
