    a potential employer.
  • Having several resumes is beneficial.

  • INTERVIEWS
  • Know the interviewers name.
  • Be on time.
  • Dress conservatively and appropriately.

    ask about the company.

    the eye and smile.
  • Take time and consider each question carefully
    before answering.
  • Sell your self, but do not brag.
  • Be prepared to talk about your ability to perform
the job and be honest in your answers.

  • SEVEN JOB SEARCH MYTHS
  • There is one right way to find a job.
  • If a job isnt advertised in the paper or on the
companys website, there arent any positions
    available.
  • Nobody reads cover letters.
  • A resume should be one page.
  • If a company likes my resume, they will call me
    in for an interview.
  • Its not what you know that matters its who you
    know that counts.
  • When it comes to sending out resumes, the more
    the merrier.
