The objective of this paragraph is show the main

area.

2. General Objetives and Scope
In this point each partner indentifies the final
objective of diagnosis, and the area of study or
local entities participant in the project.
In Huelva, thirteen are the municipalities
involved directly and actively in project
Energy21 In Huelva, final objective is being
pursued with this work is public awareness of the
importance of the proper use of energy, and
commitment to promoting the use of renewable
energy sources

1. Pre-diagnosis phase or technical diagnosis

  manage all (medium and small) municipalities
  properly

  MAYORS requeriments) .

• To increase the number of dissemination energy
  efficiency campaigns and awareness.
• To create agreements with financial agents in
  order to improve their economic conditions to the
  municipalities.
• To create and coordinate a similar administrative
  structure for all municipalities

TWO BIGCOMMITMENTS FOR THIS YEAR

• COVENANT OF MAYORS
• Currently aprox. 73 municipalities of 78 are
  adhesioned. THE PROJECT IS REALLY NECESSARY AND
  IMPORTANT FOR US.
• I European conference for the promotion of local
  strategies and actions to COMBAT climate change
  within the framework of the covenant of mayors
  initiative. (sept.09 Huelva).
