What were some of the rules while you were in
high school?
They were allowed to smoke in the senior lounge
(1982-83) Anyone could leave for lunch in all
grades.

How strict were the teachers?
Fairly strict about time and attendance Regents
werent mandatory Homework wasnt based on
regents Sent to the office if bad.

Hairstyles?
MULLETS! Curly tall hair/tease Spikey Mens hair
was longer Rat and Pony tails (guys)

Clothing

• MC Hammer pants
• - Tight pants
• Pegging (rolled pants at bottom)
• Jeans were common but not faded and had no holes.
  
• T-Shirts were not worn and hats were NOT worn in
  school.
• Tuxes were pastel colors (often wore for school
  pictures)
• Levis
• Harolds Army/Navy Store
• -To dress up they wore jeans with a dressy shirt

How did you feel about the glasses?

• HATED THEM Rob Bossard

• The glasses were stylish then, but now that I
  think about it they were the pimple of the 80s.

• At the time, I guess I did not think much about
  the decade, Now, it was characterized by major
  changes (MTV introduced) Dan Connors
