The Knighting Program

• Knighting is a program which recognizes and
  reinforces positive behavior. By doing so, the
  program hopes to inspire other students to act
  positively!

Students are nominated for Knighthood for
participation in school activities, excellence in
citizenship, or scholastic achievement.

forgot his lunch. He told the student that he
didnt have to be concerned about paying him back
and made the student feel comfortable.

..recognized for her participation in school
activities. She showed care and concern for
those affected by natural disasters this fall.

8th grade nominees report to the cafeteria to be
congratulated by the committee and to receive a
Knighting certificate, blurb describing the
reason they were nominated, and breakfast.

6th and 7th grade nominees are recognized by the
Knighting Court in their homerooms and also
receive a certificate, blurb, and breakfast.

At the end of the year all nominees receive an
individual picture of themselves being Knighted
and a gift certificate to Sundaes Ice Cream
store!
