• My Favorite Journals is a list of journals users
  can specify as their favorites, so that search
  and browse results are limited within only those
  titles
• From here, users can edit journals on their My
  Favorite Journals lists

• Saved Citations and Saved Searches allow users to
  access previous search terms and saved citations
• From here, users can manage their lists of saved
  article citations and saved searches

Searching Options Quick Search

• From the SJO homepage, a Quick Search across
  full-text can be performed by entering keyword(s)
  or author information in the field provided and
  clicking on the red Quick Search button

• From the Advanced Search tab, a user can create
  a complex Fielded Boolean search across full-text
  using the Boolean operators AND, OR, and NOT
• Search Within options can be used to limit
  search results to a certain set of journals

Reference Linking and Toll-Free Inter-Journal
Linking

• Reference linking features can be found in the
  Full Text and References views of articles, when
  available
• When an article in SJO cites an article in
  another participating HighWire-hosted journal, a
  link granting free access to the cited reference
  will appear
• Links to CrossRef, PubMed, ISI, and Infotrieve
  are also included
