What type of training should I complete?

• Level 1
• Door code access (user will not be given door
  code until training has been completed)
• Will need to enter room with patient or to set-up
  equipment (user should not enter scan room if
  level 1 has not been completed)

• Level 2
• Must always be accompanied by an MRI technologist
• Gain access to scan area by receptionist
• Does not need to enter scan room for any reason

• Safety video (1 hour long)
• Safety video post-test
• MRI safety guideline form

link is not working you can get a dvd of the
video from the MRI Center.

Safety Video Post-Test

-Follow the link at the top of this page (also
can be found on the MRI safety Guideline form) to
this page and select New Members
-Once you complete the New Member registration
you will come back to this page and enter your
email address as your member id, enter the
password you chose during new member registration
and use Shellock2006 as your access code.

Safety Video Post-Test Registration
-Complete all required fields the fields of
special importance are email and password
because you will need them when signing in to
take the post-test -You will need to select a
type of CE credit to receive so that it will
allow you to print a certificate at the end of
your test

Safety Video Post-Test
-After completing new member registration and the
post-test questions, print a copy of either your
certificate or the page showing that you have
completed and passed the test
