19D. Special Legal Protection Against the
Termination
- The employer may not terminate the employment
contract for a business reason to the older
worker, without written consent of this worker,
until this worker completes the minimum
conditions upon which the right to old-age
pension is conditioned, unless he is assured the
right to the unemployment benefit until the
fulfilment of minimum conditions for old-age
pension. - The protection pursuant to the previous paragraph
shall not be applied in the case of the
employers termination. - Employment Relations Act Article 114 ((Older
Workers)

Termination
- If to an individual worker, due to his status,
multiple legal protection against the termination
are assured, the stronger legal protection shall

protection (hereinafter referred to as older
