for MMS/Agency field.

- When imputing the Reporter Doc Name, we suggest
using the production report month, so you can
identify each month report i.e., 042002 - Click on Save button to save the document.
- Then click on the A to the right of the line
to enter Part A of the document.

Section. Remember to change the Authorization
Date on each new report. Click on the Save
button before going to Part B.

- If youve reported production on Part A, you
must also fill out Part B. Totals need to match
on both Parts. - Be sure to refer to Appendix I in the Reporter
Handbook for specific disposition codes. Many
errors occur when incorrect codes are used. If
you have questions, contact your representative
for assistance.

- Disposition Code 10, API Gravity, is not
required on Part B - Be sure to include the Btu content for gas on
Part B - After completing Part B, click on Calculate
button and again Save the document before moving
on to - Part C.

Continue until you have filled out the all the
OGOR Parts (A, B, C) required for the
lease/agreement.
42- You can report several leases on the same
document by returning to the Lease Information
Panel, adding an additional line on the page,
then working through each part again. - Once the document is complete, click on the
Validate button and check for errors. - After the validation is complete with no errors,
the document can be sent. The document will
then go to a Sent status. - For the next months report, you can copy the
previous report and make the changes.
43- To delete a lease or line from your document,
click on the X on the left of the line. - To insert lines, click on the gt on the left of
the line, or click on Add lines and tell it how
many lines to insert. - Previous and Next take you forward or back one
screen.

Click the Browse button to locate the file to be
imported. Choose the file, then click on the
Upload button.
46A report will appear identifying any formatting
errors. The report is printable.
47Newly imported documents will be listed at the
top of the Document List. Click on Edit button
to complete the validation process.

49Why do I have to go through two checks for errors?
- The Import process primarily catches any errors
occurring due to improper formatting of imported
fields. - The Validation process identifies improper
formatting when entering data directly on a new
form, as well as compares the data based on
transaction requirements.
