for use in preparing lessons. However, you may
print no more than 200 copies of each document
and copies of no more than 20 separate documents
annually. (Stolley, 2006).
3General Format
- Typed
- Double-spaced
- 8.5 X 11 inches with 1 inch margins
- Font 12-pt. font (Times New Roman or Courier are
acceptable typefaces) - Alignment Flush left (creating uneven right
margin) - Paragraph Indentation 5-7 spaces
- Active voice As a general rule, use the active
voice rather than the passive voice. For example,
use "We predicted that ..." rather than "It was
predicted that ..."

- Label as, References
- All lines after the first line of each entry in
your reference list should be indented one-half
inch from the left margin. - Authors name are inverted (last name first)
- Give the last name and initials
- Reference list entries should be alphabetized by
the last name of the first author of each work.
