• Has no District Hospital
• Has 7 public Health Centers and 79 public
• dispensaries
• 2 Health Centers and 5 dispensaries are
• owned by voluntary Agencies.
• Health Department has a total of 441 (64)
  workers out of 690 required number of health staff

enrolment

• The national policy exempts under fives and
  pregnant
• women, who attend health facilities frequently
  to seek services
• Shortages of trained health personnel
• Inadequate and irregular drug supplies by MSD
  to health facilities
• The community prefers to pay user fees rather
  than becoming CHF members because fees are low

• The government to review the policy of exemption
  for pregnant women and under fives
• Council/MOHSW to recruit health personnel
• Continuous CHF enrollment sensitization
  meetings to the community through health facility
  committee and ward health committee
• Multi-sector collaboration on CHF community
  sensitization
• Increase user fees
