if required - Licences each run for one year and are invoiced
to customers - Digital maps are clipped out in response to
customer orders - Most annual licence renewals due on the agreement

IC, but also - Standard Licence Agreement between NHS body and

- Always takes longer than planned (a whole year)
- Needs a dedicated team on both sides
- Shouldnt expect radically innovative licences
- Use legal advisers wisely
- Business cases for each organisation in framework
- End users are keen to compare notes
- Customers want complete solutions, not just data
