Recommended Motion
  • I move that the Sierra Reserve Final Plat and
    sign plan be approved and the Chairman
    authorized to sign.

    Agreement be approved and the Chairman
    authorized to sign.
  • I move that a variance to Section 408.01B be
    approved to allow septic systems on lots less
    than 36,000 square feet in size when connected
    to a community water system.
