Title: Repentance, Forgiveness
1Repentance, Forgiveness
2Mercy
Have mercy on me, O God, Â Â Â Â Â Â according to
your unfailing love       according to your
great compassion       blot out my
transgressions. Psalm 511
3Sin
Against you, you only, have I sinned      Â
and done what is evil in your sight, Â Â Â Â Â Â so
that you are proved right when you speak      Â
and justified when you judge. Psalm 514
4Sin
Surely I was sinful at birth, Â Â Â Â Â Â sinful from
the time my mother conceived me. Psalm 515
5Sacrifice
You do not delight in sacrifice, or I would
bring it       you do not take pleasure in
burnt offerings. Â The sacrifices of God are
a broken spirit       a broken and contrite
heart, Â Â Â Â Â Â O God, you will not despise.
Psalm 5116-17
6Restored Joy
Restore to me the joy of your salvation      Â
and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me.
Then I will teach transgressors your ways,
and sinners will turn back to you. Psalm
5113-14
7Restoration
For I am convinced that neither death nor life,
neither angels nor demons,m neither the present
nor the future, nor any powers, neither height
nor depth, nor anything else in all creation,
will be able to separate us from the love of God
that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8.38-39
