En un escenario de liberalizacion parcial y
presencia de desempleo se observan mayores
incrementos en la demanda de factores que en el
primer experimento. En algunos sectores incluso
se observan cambios en las direcciones de las
demandas, especialmente en los sectores
productores de carnes.

  rigideces del mercado laboral y desgravacion
  parcial del sector agricola implica para
  Paraguay
• Aumento del PIB
• Aumento de bienestar
• Mejor asignacion de factores y recursos
  productivos
• Perdida en los terminos de intercambios mayores
  importaciones versus exportaciones
• Disminucion de desempleo no calificado y
  calificado pero mas importante en el primer caso
• Aumento de las inversiones de capital en algunos
  sectores especificos
