  • Multi-pronged approach

    participatory exercises, audio visual aids etc.
    will be used during the trainings
  • SATCOM to be utilized to reach the masses at a
    grass route level, at a time
  • infrastructure of DRDAs, NGOs, academic
    institutions and KVKs to be utilized
  • Re-establishment of the Extension Training
    Centers under SIRD

    and capacity building for all.
