Minor Additions

• pvTestQ and pcCountQ to test the monitor Q
• allow action statements to be executed on entry
  yo and exit from a state
• support CA put with callback
• support C language (initialization, ternary
  operator, local variables)
• provide a transition to the same state that does
  not reset timers
• use macLib and support the (name) macro syntax

• Supprt the Harel model as described by Booch and
  Rumbaugh
• Event model like the Mealey model
• state actions using do ltactiongt is equivalent
  to actions on entry/exit
• implement nested states (sub-state and
  super-state)
• support history within substates (transition to
  the substate goes to the most recently visited
  state)

• Support the sequencer under UNIX (again)
• Provide channel access server access to the
  internal variables
• Provide a graphical sequence builder
• Provide a debugger
